Here are some of the main questions that we are asked by prospective clients. We hope that the answers we give, will provide you with a better understanding of the SuperioR Service we can provide.

How long have you been a DJ?
Its hard to believe, but Mike has been a DJ off and on now for over 30 years. He has worked at a vast number of Private Parties, Pubs and Clubs over the years and has gained a huge amount of experience, not to mention an ever increasing reputation in that time.
He is currently the resident Wedding DJ at a highly prestigious and exclusive Country Manor House on the Surrey/Hampshire borders.
What do you charge?
Price, is one of your most important considerations, obviously. SoundsSuperioR charges each and every function based on its merits. Consequently, virtually every party will have its own unique set of circumstances. For this very reason, we do not post a price on the website.
Factors to be taken into consideration, include travelling time and the start/finish time. Therefore, when we provide you with a quote, this will include all these factors.
We will be pleased to discuss personal arrangements for your special occasion at a time convenient to you. We will then provide you with a realistic quote based on your own personal requirements.
We believe SoundsSuperioR offers a super price for a SuperiorService.

Will you carry on after the agreed Finishing Time?
Yes. Extra time is charged by the hour with 1 hour being the minimum. Extra hours will be charged at a fee mutually agreed before your function. Any extra hours must be cleared with the venue manager first, as many venue's are only licensed to a certain time.
How do I Confirm my booking with You?
We will send you a SoundsSuperioR booking form by email as soon as you request it. We will hold your date for 14 days.
To avoid disappointment, your booking form must be returned to us within this period otherwise we cannot guarantee availability.
We require a 25% booking deposit upon return of your booking form.
Upon receipt of your completed booking form and deposit, under our T&C's the booking is now confirmed and legally binding.
What type of Equipment do you have?
The Numark CDMIX3 is the prefered music system of SoundsSuperioR

Do you have a Lighting System?
We use a very subtle and sophisticated lighting system based on a Galactic and Cosmic Laser Stars effect. It comes complete with a misty blue nebulae and the occasional shooting star. We don't use rope lights, traffic lights or strobe lights. SoundsSuperioR are confident that our futuristic cosmic lighting effect will amaze you.
Do you use Downloaded Music?
Yes! With the advent of the Internet, we now download our music collection from legal download services such as iTunes on to our dedicated laptop system. By doing this we are able to create our very own compilation CD's and therefore bring current and specialist tracks to the venue and thereby offering you and your guests maximum choice. The remainder of our tracks have been recorded directly from original CD's at a high sample rate.
What sort of Music will you play at my Private Party?
As you would expect, SoundsSuperioR will play all your party favourites, we like to accommodate you and play your own personal requests and those of your guests.
We believe we play SuperiorSounds at private parties, and to that end, we are very selective as to what we actually play for you. We would recommend that you choose a special theme for your party. If it's a 70's or Ladie's night for example, we will play specially selected music that is appropriate and proven for that theme.
Of course, you are more than welcome to look at our sample playlist's.
What if I request Music you do not have?
SoundsSuperioR has a large music library (thousands) and include's the most commonly requested songs, however, if you let us know in advance of any particular song request you want us to play that we do not have, then every effort will be made to obtain that track.
Can I e-mail you a Playlist of Songs?
Of course! We often receive pages and pages of requests for parties.
At SoundsSuperioR we actually recommend the client compiles a Top 20' of their own favourites. From that, we can gauge the flavour and tempo of your party.
What will the DJ wear?
What do you want the DJ' to wear?
SoundsSuperioR provide a SuperioRService.
Other DJ's may turn up in T-Shirt & Jeans: Not us, we always dress very smartly.
